Broadcom MASTERS. There will be limited availability of SSP staff to answer any questions you may have, so please start your re-affiliation process as early as possible.
October 5, 2012
Deadline for receipt of affiliation forms. Fairs that submit affiliation forms by this date will receive an early affiliation discount. Please note that the affiliation fee is not due at this time; payment of the affiliation fee may be deferred until Feb. 15, 2013.

As fairs affiliate, the Regional Awards mailing will be sent to Intel ISEF affiliated fairs. SRC rules and guidelines will also be e-mailed electronically to regional SRC members.
Winter 2013 (mid February)
Intel ISEF registration materials available online: All information and registration materials for fair directors and finalists will be posted no later than February 15, 2013.
Your Fair Date + 12 calendar days
Intel ISEF has a rolling deadline system so that SSP can process Finalist and fair paperwork as fairs are held. Failure to comply with the submission deadline may result in Finalists' projects not being published in the Intel ISEF Program.
February 15, 2013 [Friday]
Deadline to submit the annual affiliation fee. A late payment fee will be applied to affiliation fees paid after this date.
March 8-14, 2013 [Sunday]
Intel Science Talent Search. SSP staff will not be in the office.
March 31, 2013 [Sunday]
Last date to hold an Intel ISEF-affiliated fair. Regional fairs that feed into state fairs should coordinate the date of their fairs with the state.
April 8, 2013
Last day SSP will receive paperwork. There will be no exceptions.
May 12-17, 2013
Intel ISEF 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona.
