Intel ISEF 2010 - San Jose, California -- May 9-14, 2010

August 2009 Affiliation materials sent to Fair Directors
October 2, 2009 Deadline for receipt of affiliation forms. All forms must reach Society for Science & the Public by this date. A late affiliation fee of $75 will be assessed for any fair affiliating after this ddate. However, payment may be deferred until February 19, 2010.
October 2009 As fairs affiliate, Regional Awards mailing will be sent to Intel ISEF affiliated fairs. SRC Rules and Guidelines will be e-mailed electronically to regional SRC members.
Winter 2010 (mid February) Intel ISEF registration materials available on-line: All information and registration materials for fair directors and finalists will be posted no later than February 15, 2010.
Your Fair Date + 12 calendar days Your Intel ISEF has a rolling deadline system so that SSP can process finalist and fair paperwork as fairs are held. Failure to comply with the submission deadline may result in your Finalists' projects not being published in the Intel ISEF Program.
February 19, 2010 Deadline to submit annual affiliation fee. Current fees are $500. A $125 late payment fee will be applied to affiliation fees paid after this date.
March 8-19, 2010 Intel Science Talent Search. Society for Science & the Public staff will not be in the office.
April 4, 2010 Last date to hold an Intel ISEF-affiliated fair. Regional fairs that feed into state fairs should coordinate the date of their fairs with the state.
April 12, 2010 Last day Society for Science & the Public will receive paperwork. There will be no exceptions.
May 9-14, 2010 Intel ISEF 2010 in San Jose, California!
